Michelle Shimmin
\Founder & President
Michelle has over 13 years of event planning and fundraising experience, along with being a small business owner. She is the founder and President of Simplicity 307, founder and Vice-President of Simply Heroes non-profit organization, Owner of 307 Made and a Tupperware Independent Representative. Michelle's passion for helping local crafters and small business owners is what motivated her to take a leap of faith in the summer of 2021. She quit her full-time job as a code enforcer and opened her store, 307 Made, located in downtown Cheyenne. The store is a boutique style store featuring a collection of items from Wyoming Makers.

Lindsey Taylor Groves

Chief Operating Officer
Lindsey has been in the event management and logistics business for over 17 years. She has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Minor in Legal Studies. She spent 12 years in direct action organization training, contract lobbyist, event planning for fundraisers and non-profits. She is co-owner and Chief Operations Officer of Simplicity 307, President of Simply Heroes, Owner and Designer of Flying Harp Creative and a SeneGence Independent Consultant.

Andrea Tompkins
Partner &
Chief Marketing Officer
Andrea brings over 14 years of marketing and event planning and management experience to the table. She is currently the Media Manager for an advertising agency, specializing in planning and buying traditional and social media. Previously, she was the Retail Marketing Coordinator for Sierra Trading Post where she handled all of the marketing for their retail stores, event planning/management of store grand openings and sales events, and oversaw brand standards and in-store signage. She is a partner and the Chief Marketing Officer for Simplicity 307 and owner of Aquarius Soap & Luxuries.

Alana Stottlemyer
Chief Administrative Officer
Alana holds a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She worked in the public school system as a speech therapist before retiring to raise her family. She spent most of the past decade working in academic research and writing at the collegiate level. She is a proud Army Wife and has successfully managed various organizations throughout her life. She specializes in research and organization at all levels.
She currently owns and runs Scrapbookrose Creates, a local embroidery and sewing business.
